Business Parks

Burnham on Crouch

Burnham has two designated business parks although the concentration of marine businesses near to the Quay probably counts as a third.

Springfield Industrial Estate/Burnham Business Park

The largest of the two estates has its entrance in Springfield Road.

Units vary from starter to large sizes with some garage and retail facilities.

Station Factory Estate

The smaller estate has its entrance in Foundry Lane.

The units are all medium sized with a mix of manufacture and retail.

The business park in Latchingdon is in Maldon Road, CM3 6LF

To the South is the older Mayfair Industrial Estate which has mainly small business units while the north of the site has newer and much larger units.

A few hundred yards to the north of both is the large Plantpack factory.

The small industrial estate is in Steeple Road, CM3 6AX.

The estate has a number of small units with a mix of manufacture and service industry.

Southminster ind estate

There is one designated business park at Hall Road,CM0 7AD.

The estate is near to the Railway Station on either side of Hall Road.
