Welcome to the ancient Hundred in Eastern Essex


Secondary School

Ormiston Rivers Academy is the only one secondary school based in the Dengie Hundred.

Most children attend Ormiston Rivers Academy although some travel to The Plume School at Maldon or William de Ferrers School at South Woodham Ferrers.

A few travel further afield to faith schools or High Schools at Chelmsford, Southend or Brentwood.
